Two days ago the machine just died: it did not even turn it on when I push the button. It took them almost 2 hours to do the upgrade and still the machine was kind of slow. Initially they had troubles to find the right memory (I purchased my MCP on 2010, so they said it was 'old' and they needed a different ram memory than the one they are using right now).
Last week, at an official Apple Store, I upgraded my ram memory to 8 GB.
